We are delighted to have Isaiah Hull headlining our next session of Front Room Poetry.
Front Room Poetry has really been about human connection during these challenging months. From our living room, to thirty, forty other peoples living rooms, bedrooms, gardens and cars, deep into the hearts and lives of others through the stories and poems that we’ve shared over Zoom. It’s felt personal and political, we are humbled to have had the opportunity to host some of the best poets in the UK, alongside our amazing local talent, some brave enough to test their voice for the very first time.
We find solace in each other’s truths, restoring some faith in humanity through listening, understanding a bit more about how we live, about how we see the world. Something to take with us into the week.
“Isaiah Hull is a noir writer from Old Trafford, exploring and challenging the extremities of self with image, word and soul whether on page or stage.”
We have a total of 10 open mic slots available for anyone to read poetry. If you would like to register for the upcoming session with Isaiah Hull on October 28 please register below. An email will be sent to you with details to join us on Zoom. For any further questions please email us at [email protected]
