After more than six years building and leading Bradford Producing Hub, Lisa Mallaghan will be stepping down from her role as Executive Director and CEO at the end of February 2026.
Founded in 2019, Bradford Producing Hub has grown under Lisa’s leadership from a pilot project into a registered charity and a key contributor to Bradford’s cultural ecology. The Board and staff team thank Lisa for her vision, commitment, and the impact of her work, and wish her every success in the future.
Reflecting on her time at BPH, Lisa said:
“After over six years building and leading Bradford Producing Hub, I have decided it is the right time for me to move on and make space for the organisation’s next chapter. I’m deeply proud of the work we’ve built at BPH, not just the programmes delivered, but the values we’ve championed: collaboration, care, fairness, and opportunity for all of Bradford’s creative communities.
“Thank you for your support, trust, and shared commitment to Bradford’s cultural sector. It has been a privilege to work in partnership with you on this journey.”
Kate Hainsworth has been appointed to support the organisation through this transition period for the charity, working closely with Lisa, the staff team and the board to ensure a comprehensive handover, continuity and stability for Bradford Producing Hub and Bradford creatives.
Bradford Producing Hub’s programmes, partnerships, and support for artists and creatives continue as planned, and we’d like to thank everyone for their valuable support during this period.
