Take part in a free training workshop designed for people who work in the creative and cultural sector

These sessions are provided by Bradford District and Craven Mind, and will cover:

  • How to support others experiencing mental distress
  • Breaking down stigma and building healthier creative spaces
  • Master the art of self-care so you can show up for others
These sessions aim to build confidence, reduce stigma, and promote a supportive atmosphere.
