Bradford Producing Hub (BPH) in collaboration with Bradford Council and Music Local are looking for a Music Instigator to help drive forward the Music Industries in Bradford.
This role will support talent development and careers; build stronger connections across the sector/s; support the new Bradford Music Network and Steering Group; develop new ways of working; and ultimately create more and new opportunities for musicians and people working in the Music Industries in our District.
Who are we looking for? This is a fixed term freelance contract: 2 days per week, for 2-years. We’re ideally looking for someone who is well connected to Bradford’s varied music scenes. You might be a musician / maker, or work in other areas but have a passion for music – whatever your specialism may be, you’ll have a strong commitment to collaboration and be motivated by helping others to succeed.
What is the fee? £150 per day to include travel to/from Bradford city centre (other travel and expenses will be paid in agreement with the Project Director). This is a freelance engagement and Creative Music Instigator will be responsible for payment of their own tax and national insurance payments.
