This page aims to provide you with everything you need to hold us to account. We want to help everyone understand our responsibilities, who does what in BPH, and what to do if there is a problem. The Accountability Toolkit comprises of:

BPH’s Code of Conduct: This explains the BPH Values, Principles, Behaviours and Standards that make up our ways of working, and the things we care about. It is intended to provide a framework that sets out the expectations we have of key people involved in the project, and the expectations you can have of us.

Complaints Procedure: This aims to provide a clear and simple procedure to be followed in the case of a concern, complaint or grievance that requires management and/or escalation in relation to BPH and its work. It details how concerns will be dealt with, and what you can expect from BPH Consortium and staff members.

If you are concerned about something: We want to know, we want to help, and we will work hard to make sure it doesn’t happen again. If you have any questions, or would like to have an initial conversation with someone to guide you on your next steps, contact Project Director Lisa Mallaghan:
