Get It Done New Producer training is a 15 month programme of workshops, visits and mentoring to support people who want to be producers and artists who produce their own work to develop their skills and knowledge in this area.
We had a fantastic response to this programme and received loads of brilliant applications from amazing artists and producers from a whole host of backgrounds. We’re currently assessing applications and will be in touch with everyone soon.
We’re also delighted to be able to announce that thanks to a partnership with Leeds 2023 we are able to offer a small number of places on this training to people based in Leeds. So if you’re based in Leeds and are:
• Already working as an independent producer/ assistant producer with some experience but not loads
• Working in a different area or role in the arts but think you might like to be a producer in future
• Someone who is just starting their career, or hasn’t worked in the arts before, but thinks that producing might be for you

The deadline to get involved is Wednesday 1 July at 5pm.
This training is still being run by Bradford Producing Hub and up-and-coming producers from Leeds and Bradford will have access to all the same training and opportunities.
We’re really excited to be able to support people from Bradford and Leeds, being part of building a peer network across the two cities that we’re sure will result in lots of exciting new collaborations.
