In order for BPH to process your invoice, please ensure it includes the following information:
- the word ‘invoice’
- a unique identification number (invoice number)
- your full company name, address and contact information (if you are self-employed, please include your full name and any business name being used)
- BPH’s full company name and registered address:

- the date the goods or service were provided (supply date)
- the date of the invoice
- the amount(s) being charged
- VAT registration number and VAT amount (if applicable)
- the total amount owed
- your bank details (bank name, account name, account number and sort code)
Invoices should be emailed to hello@bdproducinghub.co.uk and payment will be made within 30 days of receipt of a valid invoice (unless an alternative payment schedule has been agreed).
