We centre the artist and creative community in everything we do – and that means artists and creatives of all backgrounds, identities, faiths, and cultures.

In light of the recent Supreme Court ruling, we want to reaffirm our solidarity with trans, intersex, non‑binary and gender‑nonconforming people, and all those impacted by this decision. We see you, we hear you, and we stand with you.

We remain committed to creating welcoming, accessible and safe environments for all.

Here are some examples of the actions we will continue to undertake:

  • We will honour pronouns, share our pronouns, use inclusive and gender-neutral terms and titles, and address misgendering and transphobic language when we see it.
  • We will continue to provide training and workshops that encourage gender-inclusive practices across the arts and culture sector.
  • We will strive to ensure we are a trans and gender‑diverse inclusive employer and continue to partner with a diverse range of facilitators and organisations to deliver our programme.
  • We welcome any feedback and suggestions from the trans and gender‑diverse community and hold ourselves accountable for growth in advocacy and inclusion.
