Lou is responsible for the administration processes at BPH. She supports the team in the planning and delivery of programmes and helps artists and creatives to take part, ensuring that training participants, funding recipients, and event attendees are all supported to apply to and engage with opportunities.
Alongside her role at BPH Lou is also a freelance visual artist her practice includes drawing, painting and mixed media techniques exploring popular culture, femininity and humour.
