Rosie Hay oversees operational processes at BPH, such as finance and HR, and supports evaluation and funder reporting.
She works with the team in the planning and delivery of programmes and in implementing effective systems and processes to deliver our work.
Before joining BPH, Rosie worked in arts administration roles for local organisations including Yorkshire Dance, Mind the Gap and Transform.
