Leadership Academy with Slung Low

A values-based bootcamp for Bradford arts leaders

Leadership Academy with Slung Low

Leadership development meets adventure training in this exciting new residency in partnership with Slung Low

The Leadership Academy is a 5-day residential course situated in the stunning Pennine moorland just outside Haworth, West Yorkshire. The course explores values-based leadership through workshops, discussions and visiting guests all blended with outdoor adventure training.

This isn’t your typical leadership course. Throughout this intense week, you’ll face challenges that stretch not only your thinking but also push your physical boundaries – offering an extraordinary opportunity for skill development and personal growth.

The course will examine a range of leadership styles, different ways of leading and making change in the world, and best practices from within and beyond the world of the arts. Outdoor and adventure training is an effective element of personal development and this residency foregrounds this alongside discussion and reading.
