The Leadership Academy is a 5-day residential course situated in the stunning Pennine moorland just outside Haworth, West Yorkshire. The course explores values-based leadership through workshops, discussions and visiting guests all blended with outdoor adventure training.
This isn’t your typical leadership course. Throughout this intense week, you’ll face challenges that stretch not only your thinking but also push your physical boundaries – offering an extraordinary opportunity for skill development and personal growth.
The course will examine a range of leadership styles, different ways of leading and making change in the world, and best practices from within and beyond the world of the arts. Outdoor and adventure training is an effective element of personal development and this residency foregrounds this alongside discussion and reading.

It’s such an exciting time for Bradford and it’s so thrilling to watch how the city, through Bradford Producing Hub and its partners, is developing it’s artists, their skills and the brilliant potential in the creative sector. For us to be able to bring our Leadership Academy to that mission is such a pleasure. A return to the city where Slung Low spent so many of our formative years, it’s great to be back here.
