Andy Hill

Andy is our Programmes Producer. Andy’s role is to support the team to create, curate and deliver a programme of activity that is impactful and responds to the needs of the communities we serve.

Andy works closely with the core team, our instigators and freelance colleagues alongside a range of cross-sector partners and community members to help connect creative instincts with the practicalities of delivery ensuring operational planning is in place and effective to support shared aims and ambitions.

Over the last 20 years, Andy has come to specialise in co-creating complex multi-partner projects, creative learning programmes and network development. In previous roles, Andy has focused on CYP, education, creative writing, visual arts and heritage and he has worked for the Centre for Cultural Value, First Story, Impressions Gallery, Bradford Museums & Galleries and National Science & Media Museum among others. Andy also previously served as a Board Member for The Writing Squad and Saltaire World Heritage Education Association.
