Bio

Meet Stephanie Highett, Bradford Producing Hub Board Member and freelance communications and reputation management consultant.

What attracted you to become a Board Member of Bradford Producing Hub?

I wanted, for the first time in my career, to be able to use my professional background in business and charity management to work with an organisation which combines my personal passion for the arts and driving social change.

What experience do you bring to the role?

I have worked as a Communications and Reputation Management Consultant for nearly 30 years, most recently as a freelancer and before that as a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting. I also have over six years of charity management experience – first, as a founding Trustee of Diversity Role Models and then as the Co-Founder and first CEO of Action Breaks Silence.

What excites you about the role?

I have been extremely impressed by the achievements of Bradford Producing Hub to date and want to do what I can (alongside the other members of the Board and Executive Team) to ensure its work continues to grow. As we approach 2025, it is essential that we support the extraordinary depth of artistic talent in Bradford and collectively build a lasting legacy that is sustained across the city, the UK and internationally.

What do you love about Bradford?
Its vibrancy, its diversity and the warmth of its people. Its a hotbed of talent and needs to be recognised as such!
How would you describe Bradford Producing Hub in 3 words?
Effective, passionate, professional.
