Meet Kamal Kaan, Co-Chair of the Bradford Producing Hub board

What attracted you to become a Board Member of Bradford Producing Hub?

Being a Bradford-born and based artist, I loved the work Bradford Producing Hub was doing to support emerging and practising artists within the city and I wanted to be part of the wonderfully passionate team!

What experience do you bring to the role?

I have over 10 years of experience as a writer along with my experiences in working for the Local Authority, as well as making work that has gone out internationally.

What excites you about the role?

To be able to nurture and see Bradford artists bloom.

What do you love about Bradford?

The cinematic landscapes, the sense of heart and home and the fantastic food!
